These Terms & Conditions apply to all cleaning and business support services provided by Tidy Studio. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services

Tidy Studio provides cleaning services and business support services, including but not limited to residential and commercial cleaning, website building, and administrative support. Services may be provided on a one-off or ongoing basis as agreed.

Quotes and Pricing

All prices are provided in Australian dollars. Quotes are based on the information supplied at the time and may change if the scope of work changes.

Cleaning services may be charged at an hourly rate or per job, depending on the service provided.

Bookings and Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled by agreement between Tidy Studio and the client. While we make every effort to arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations and Changes

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning services. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

Access and Safety

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time of service. Tidy Studio reserves the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding the scope of work

• Ensure the property is safe and accessible

• Secure pets during cleaning appointments

Tidy Studio is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items that are fragile or improperly secured.

Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking or invoicing. Payment is required within the agreed timeframe.

Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss and address your concerns.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tidy Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

Business Support Services

Website building and administrative services are provided based on information supplied by the client. Tidy Studio is not responsible for third-party platforms, hosting providers, or services outside our control.

Changes to These Terms

Tidy Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
